Delivery and Shipping Costs

The goods will be shipped by DHL (or UPS to the USA). The goods that we send by DHL, are always shipped insured.

The shipping costs (within Germany) are a flat rate of 6,95 Euro (incl. VAT) per order. This applies to payment by Paypal as well as by prepayment. If  paying by cash on delivery, this costs additional 6,66 Euro.

Orders from other EU countries (e.g. Austria) we charge a flat rate of 14,90 Euro.

Orders from foreign EU-Countries (e.g. Switzerland, United Kingdom) we charge a flat rate of 25,00 Euro.

Orders from foreign Non-EU-Countries (e.g. USA, Russia) we charge a flat rate of 50,00 Euro.

For delivery to foreign Countries (e.g. Switzerland, United Kingdom, USA) the goods are shipped tax-free. There may be additional costs such as customs clearance, taxes or service charges for import into your home country. Please inform yourself in advance at your customs authority. Please also note that for legal reasons we have to state the value of the items.

All other countries according to cost. 

Replacement parts and accessories are generally excluded from exchange, as they are special procurements.

If (in exceptional cases) an exchange or a return is approved, we charge 30% of the value as a restocking fee.


GLAZE POLY SEALANT

Three products in one bottle. A durable, breathable, clear poly
sealant with UV protection that protects against fading and
the oxidizing effects of acid rain and harsh airborne pollutants.
An ultrafine leveling agent that removes fine scratches and
minor blemishes in clear coat finishes. And a cleaner tough
enough to handle tar, tree sap, stains and pollutants. Glaze
Poly Sealant is easy to apply and hand buff for a deep, reflective
finish. For use on all chrome-plated and gloss painted
surfaces. Not for use on brake discs or denim, semi-gloss or
wrinkle-finish surfaces. Biodegradable.
