Delivery and Shipping Costs

The goods will be shipped by DHL (or UPS to the USA). The goods that we send by DHL, are always shipped insured.

The shipping costs (within Germany) are a flat rate of 6,95 Euro (incl. VAT) per order. This applies to payment by Paypal as well as by prepayment. If  paying by cash on delivery, this costs additional 6,66 Euro.

Orders from other EU countries (e.g. Austria) we charge a flat rate of 14,90 Euro.

Orders from foreign EU-Countries (e.g. Switzerland, United Kingdom) we charge a flat rate of 25,00 Euro.

Orders from foreign Non-EU-Countries (e.g. USA, Russia) we charge a flat rate of 50,00 Euro.

For delivery to foreign Countries (e.g. Switzerland, United Kingdom, USA) the goods are shipped tax-free. There may be additional costs such as customs clearance, taxes or service charges for import into your home country. Please inform yourself in advance at your customs authority. Please also note that for legal reasons we have to state the value of the items.

All other countries according to cost. 

Replacement parts and accessories are generally excluded from exchange, as they are special procurements.

If (in exceptional cases) an exchange or a return is approved, we charge 30% of the value as a restocking fee.

Fast and easy to use, Quick Wash is tough on dirt, oil and bugs,
but gentle on other surfaces. Just spray it on and hose it off.
Quick Wash gets into hard-to-reach spaces and cleans without
scrubbing. Safe for use on all motorcycle surfaces. Does
not strip wax, corrode fasteners or spokes or stain leather and
vinyl seats and saddlebags. Sheeting action rinses clean and
prevents spotting. Simply spray on, wait one minute and hose
it off. Available in easy-to-handle trigger pump bottles and
convenient refill containers.
