Delivery and Shipping Costs

The goods will be shipped by DHL (or UPS to the USA). The goods that we send by DHL, are always shipped insured.

The shipping costs (within Germany) are a flat rate of 6,95 Euro (incl. VAT) per order. This applies to payment by Paypal as well as by prepayment. If paying by cash on delivery, this costs additional 6,66 Euro.

Orders from other EU countries (e.g. Austria) we charge a flat rate of 14,90 Euro.

Orders from foreign EU-Countries (e.g. Switzerland, United Kingdom) we charge a flat rate of 25,00 Euro.

Orders from foreign Non-EU-Countries (e.g. USA, Russia) we charge a flat rate of 50,00 Euro.

For delivery to foreign Countries (e.g. Switzerland, United Kingdom, USA) the goods are shipped tax-free. There may be additional costs such as customs clearance, taxes or service charges for import into your home country. Please inform yourself in advance at your customs authority. Please also note that for legal reasons we have to state the value of the items.

All other countries according to cost.

Replacement parts and accessories are generally excluded from exchange, as they are special procurements.

If (in exceptional cases) an exchange or a return is approved, we charge 30% of the value as a restocking fee.

LOCTITE FREEZE & RELEASE PENETRATING LUBE

Freeze & Release Penetrating Lube instantly chills seized
and rusted bolts, nuts and studs down to -45ºF (-43ºC). The
exceptional shock-freeze effect of this penetrating oil causes
microscopic cracks in the layer of rust, allowing the lubricating
ingredient to wick directly into the rust by capillary action. The
rusted bolt assembly can be easily dismantled after allowing
only 1-2 minutes penetration time. Aerosol nozzle and straw
direct the spray for pinpoint application.
