Delivery and Shipping Costs

The goods will be shipped by DHL (or UPS to the USA). The goods that we send by DHL, are always shipped insured.

The shipping costs (within Germany) are a flat rate of 6,95 Euro (incl. VAT) per order. This applies to payment by Paypal as well as by prepayment. If paying by cash on delivery, this costs additional 6,66 Euro.

Orders from other EU countries (e.g. Austria) we charge a flat rate of 14,90 Euro.

Orders from foreign EU-Countries (e.g. Switzerland, United Kingdom) we charge a flat rate of 25,00 Euro.

Orders from foreign Non-EU-Countries (e.g. USA, Russia) we charge a flat rate of 50,00 Euro.

For delivery to foreign Countries (e.g. Switzerland, United Kingdom, USA) the goods are shipped tax-free. There may be additional costs such as customs clearance, taxes or service charges for import into your home country. Please inform yourself in advance at your customs authority. Please also note that for legal reasons we have to state the value of the items.

All other countries according to cost.

Replacement parts and accessories are generally excluded from exchange, as they are special procurements.

If (in exceptional cases) an exchange or a return is approved, we charge 30% of the value as a restocking fee.

wheels feature 21 spokes which extend all the way to the edge of the rim,
creating the illusion of a larger wheel diameter. Original Equipment on the
CVO" Breakout® model, the visually stunning wheels are meticulously
polished and chrome-plated for maximum reflective effect. All Genuine
Motor Accessory wheels have been certified by Harley-Davidson to perform
to our tough vehicle standards for quality and durability.

Requires separate purchase of model-specific Wheel Installation Kit,
Sprocket hardware and Brake Rotor-specific hardware. See I-sheet for
details. Installation may require separate purchase of wheel size and
model-specific tire.
