Delivery and Shipping Costs

The goods will be shipped by DHL (or UPS to the USA). The goods that we send by DHL, are always shipped insured.

The shipping costs (within Germany) are a flat rate of 6,95 Euro (incl. VAT) per order. This applies to payment by Paypal as well as by prepayment. If  paying by cash on delivery, this costs additional 6,66 Euro.

Orders from other EU countries (e.g. Austria) we charge a flat rate of 14,90 Euro.

Orders from foreign EU-Countries (e.g. Switzerland, United Kingdom) we charge a flat rate of 25,00 Euro.

Orders from foreign Non-EU-Countries (e.g. USA, Russia) we charge a flat rate of 50,00 Euro.

For delivery to foreign Countries (e.g. Switzerland, United Kingdom, USA) the goods are shipped tax-free. There may be additional costs such as customs clearance, taxes or service charges for import into your home country. Please inform yourself in advance at your customs authority. Please also note that for legal reasons we have to state the value of the items.

100% polyester with fleece backing. Brushed tricot polyester lining. Two-way underarm zipper vent. Mock neck collar. Zipper front. Adjustable cuffs. Bungee cord and toggle hem. Two zipper hand-warmer pockets. Left hand-warmer pocket features interior zipper battery pocket. Contrasting piping and stitching. Embroidered graphics on left chest and back neck. Patented 3-zone heating system features two chest pads and one back pad. Includes 7 volt battery and charger. Battery lasts approximately 300 cycle charges.
