Delivery and Shipping Costs

The goods will be shipped by DHL (or UPS to the USA). The goods that we send by DHL, are always shipped insured.

The shipping costs (within Germany) are a flat rate of 6,95 Euro (incl. VAT) per order. This applies to payment by Paypal as well as by prepayment. If  paying by cash on delivery, this costs additional 6,66 Euro.

Orders from other EU countries (e.g. Austria) we charge a flat rate of 14,90 Euro.

Orders from foreign EU-Countries (e.g. Switzerland, United Kingdom) we charge a flat rate of 25,00 Euro.

Orders from foreign Non-EU-Countries (e.g. USA, Russia) we charge a flat rate of 50,00 Euro.

For delivery to foreign Countries (e.g. Switzerland, United Kingdom, USA) the goods are shipped tax-free. There may be additional costs such as customs clearance, taxes or service charges for import into your home country. Please inform yourself in advance at your customs authority. Please also note that for legal reasons we have to state the value of the items.

All other countries according to cost. 

Replacement parts and accessories are generally excluded from exchange, as they are special procurements.

If (in exceptional cases) an exchange or a return is approved, we charge 30% of the value as a restocking fee.

state-mandated license plate? This stylish Curved License
Plate Frame is shaped to hug the contour of the rear fender.
Designed to replace the Original Equipment black license
plate bracket, installation requires no drilling or rewiring. The
front frame cover conceals the plate's mounting holes and
raw edges and the curved shape hides the unfinished rear
side of the plate. Available in chrome or gloss black finish, the
complete kit includes all required mounting hardware.

Fits '10-later FLHX, FLHXS, FLHXSE, FLTRX and FLTRXS and
'10-'12 FLHXSE models.
