Delivery and Shipping Costs

The goods will be shipped by DHL (or UPS to the USA). The goods that we send by DHL, are always shipped insured.

The shipping costs (within Germany) are a flat rate of 6,95 Euro (incl. VAT) per order. This applies to payment by Paypal as well as by prepayment. If  paying by cash on delivery, this costs additional 6,66 Euro.

Orders from other EU countries (e.g. Austria) we charge a flat rate of 14,90 Euro.

Orders from foreign EU-Countries (e.g. Switzerland, United Kingdom) we charge a flat rate of 25,00 Euro.

Orders from foreign Non-EU-Countries (e.g. USA, Russia) we charge a flat rate of 50,00 Euro.

For delivery to foreign Countries (e.g. Switzerland, United Kingdom, USA) the goods are shipped tax-free. There may be additional costs such as customs clearance, taxes or service charges for import into your home country. Please inform yourself in advance at your customs authority. Please also note that for legal reasons we have to state the value of the items.

All other countries according to cost. 

Replacement parts and accessories are generally excluded from exchange, as they are special procurements.

If (in exceptional cases) an exchange or a return is approved, we charge 30% of the value as a restocking fee.

REACH" FORWARD CONTROL KIT*
Want to stretch the ridng position of your mid-control
equipped model, but not comfortable with the long reach to
factory-position forward controls? This complete kit is the
perfect alternative. It positions the feet up and forward 10.0"
from the mid-control position, but 1.0" closer to the rider than
the standard position factory forward controls, placing the
rider's boot at a comfortable pivot point for improved support
and leverage. Available in chrome or gloss black finish, the kit
includes left and right footpeg supports, brake and shift lever
assemblies, brake and shift linkages and all required hardware.

Fits '06-later Dyna models equipped with mid-controls. FLD
models require separate purchase of footpegs.
